Ingredients: Chamomile, Lemongrass, Orange Peel, Lavender, Rose Petals, Hibiscus, Cornflower Petals, Calendula and Peppermint. ( .75 oz./22 g.) Expect up to 9 steams.
Directions: Place 1 Tablespoon in a glass or ceramic bowl. Pour approx. 3 cups of boiling water over the herbs (like making tea). Sit in a comfortable position, tent a towel over yourself and the bowl, keeping your face about 12 inches from the bowl. Close your eyes and breathe in the steamy air for 5 to 10 minutes.
Tip: Once you are done with the steam, strain the herbs and use the infused flower water for your bath, a hair rinse, an eye compress, or to make your Rose Clay Facial Mask.
Did you know? This blend contains beautiful blue Cornflowers. Cornflowers’s decongesting properties have been known to soothe sensitive eyes resulting from lack of sleep or staring at a screen. Put a few drops of Cornflower water on a cotton pad or soak pads in cornflower water to make an eye compress; place on eyes for 10 minutes to brighten tired eyes. Cornflower water is also an astringent, which makes it a great addition to face mask!
